These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, courses, and
digital products provided by psdc Software (“psdc Software”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing or accessing our courses you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

psdc Software is an independent IBM Business Partner providing practitioner-led IBM Maximo
training and related digital course content. Contact:

2. No official IBM affiliation

Our courses are independently produced. They are not official IBM training,
IBM certification, or endorsed by or affiliated with IBM in any official capacity. “IBM” and
“Maximo” are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

3. Orders, payment & the Merchant of Record

Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record,
Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). When you buy from us, Paddle is the seller of
record and handles billing, payment, tax, and order-related customer service. Prices are shown at
checkout in the applicable currency and are payable in full at the time of purchase. Our Founding
Member course is a one-time purchase of USD $149 granting lifetime access to the purchased course.

4. Access & licence

On successful payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence
to access the purchased course content for your own learning. You may not share, resell,
redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, or provide access to the content to any third party.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials — including videos, text, slides, exercises, and downloads — are the
intellectual property of psdc Software and are protected by copyright. All rights not expressly
granted to you are reserved.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) copy, record, scrape, or redistribute the content; (b) attempt to
circumvent access controls or content protection; (c) share your account or access credentials; or
(d) use the content unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund
Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The courses are provided “as is” for educational purposes. While we draw on extensive real-world
Maximo experience, we do not warrant that the content is error-free or that it will achieve any
particular result or outcome for you or your organisation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, psdc Software shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the courses
shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a
revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country/State], and any disputes shall be subject to the
courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have
where you live.
